Font Color
To change the color of the font:
1. Highlight the text you want to change to the font colour yellow.
2. On the Home tab, in the font section, click on the drop down arrow beside the A with a red line under it. The mouse note indicates it is the Font Colour.
3. Pick the Yellow. (Or any other colour you would like).
The text you had selected before clicking on Font Color is now Yellow.
Highlighting
To add highlighting to your text:
1. Select the text you want to add highlighting to.
2. On the Home tab, in the font section, click on the icon with "ab", a paint brush and a yellow line.
Note the mouse icon.
The text is now highlighted in yellow.
There are other colors available to use for highlighting but only the yellow, light grey and light blue work if printing the document. The other colors are too dark. You can not see the text when the document is printed.
